I have a social or a business account, do I have to create an account to see what kind of products or services you offer or sell?
Yes, our website is protected from third-party companies that misuse information and use it for disadvantageous purposes. Kiero protects all users’ and businesses’ information at all costs.

-I'm a business owner, do I have to verify my business address and facial recognition before being able to upload my products as a vendor?
Yes, we need to verify your address and make sure that we are doing business with the verified person. This tells us that you’re serious about doing business with Kiero.
As a business owner, am I limited to how much products or services I can list as a vendor?
No, you can list as much products as possible.
For services, we recommend that your services are not violating or terms with the intent to sell, distribute or any type of sexual services.
Do I need to be a business owner to buy ads?
As of right now, we will allow only registered business owners that have an account to buy ads, same goes for independent contractors.

Important information:

  1. As a 3rd party company, we don’t sell directly to the people. All products and services will be listed by actual businesses that you see every day..
  2. Your form of payment will NEVER be saved on our website..
  3. As the business grows, features will be added to enhance your experience and find more ways to help businesses grow.
As a social shopper, why do I have to verify my identity?
We ask our social community to verify there accounts with our Biometrics process is to make sure your account is authentic, to prevent scams and fraud.
Will Kiero create fake accounts to grow faster?
No, we want to build a community with real accounts and with our future AI technology, we will prevent your pictures from being used to create a fake account.
What will my shopping experience look like?
As we get businesses registered, to your favorite stores you’d like to buy from, we will have these options available for ALL shoppers so that we can make your shopping experience magical.

Why do I need to verify my account with biometrics?
Each account is authenticated to prevent fake accounts, spam, fraud and bots from creating an account with Kiero.
Will Kiero use my account information?
No. Kiero won’t use any information on your account but Kiero will keep your location updated to give you the best experience.
Can I become a vendor?
Yes. At this moment you would have to use a secondary email address to be a vendor but thats if you already have a social account.
Can I change my account information?
No. Due to scams and making sure your account is authentic. Kiero does this for security purposes.
Billing and Payments:
Do you offer refunds?
As of right now, all sales are final. We recommend that you try to work out some type of refund with the seller.
Are my credit card or debit card info protected?
Yes of course. Upon purchases your information is protected with our 256 bit encryption. For business subscriptions we will make your experience as smooth as possible to male auto renewal easy for your experience. Same applies for independent contractors.
Renewal of subscription payment?
After the end if your free business 3 month promotion, you will be billed based on the package of your choice, from the day you started your business subscription.
Refunds on my billing?
If your business was billed wrong or charged wrongfully, then contact our support and start a claim. We will then process your transaction for a refund.
